Welcome to my site, which has been raising funds for the Lymington Oakhaven Hospice.

With my friends from the Lymington Palette Club, we hold weekly art workshops at the Coates Centre, the well-being centre provided by Oakhaven for the community. We help people whose lives have been impacted by illness. 

   

In August 2025 for the seventh year running, we exhibited as “Artists for Oakhaven”, as part of Hampshire Open Studios. We had a great exhibition, with lots of  visitors, many of whom shared with us their special stories of the care their loved ones received at Oakhaven. We raised over £1500.

 

In 2026 I shall not be opening my studio again, for a number of reasons, including that our young Ukrainian guest is staying there. ​But we look back over the 7 years since our first fundraising exhibition with pride. We raised and donated over £11,500 to Oakhaven.
